Mack started college at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, where he studied biomedical sciences. Soon after, he decided to take a semester off to work at a clinic in Uganda, near the Kenyan border, to explore medicine in a more hands on way. As an EMT at the time, he was able to dive in and experience medicine first hand. After spending time with a number of doctors and discussing the pros and cons to a career in medicine, he decided to drop out of college and start investing in real estate. Since then, he has focused on flipping and acquiring rental properties.
